REFUND POLICY

The refund policy set forth by the Palmer Divides Soccer Club allows refunds for the following circumstances. 

·      Player moves out of state.

·      Season ending injury/illness, physician documentation will be required.

·      If your player is not placed on to a team, or a team is not formed.

A formal written request for a refund must be submitted 2 weeks following move out of state or injury/illness diagnosis.

No refunds, credits, or fee transfers will be allowed for any other circumstances; including forfeited games, weather, pandemic or acts of God.

If season has been partially played, there will be a pro-rated refund amount.
