The PDSC developmental program is for players at the recreational level. PDSC chooses to call it's recreational program a developmental program, because PDSC believes the coaches are helping develop productive players and citizens of the community. Under the direct guidance of the director of coaches and the PDSC coaching philosophy, team coaches design and implement trainings that are challenging yet enjoyable for players.

Training Locations
Developmental teams train at Bear Creek Elementary School and Lewis Palmer Elementary School

Developmental Expectations

Players joining a PDSC developmental team will be expected to participate in a one hour practice 2 days a week. Players will be expected to attend games that may require travel outside of the city of Monument. Players will be expected to arrive to games between 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to game start time, or a designated time by the coach. Developmental team players will be expected to purchase the developmental team uniform.
